The problem we kept seeing

Most companies of any size run applications through an applicant tracking system before a recruiter opens them. That software looks for specific words, in specific places, in a parseable layout. A brilliant candidate with a two-column PDF and creative section headings can score worse than a mediocre one with a plain document and the right keywords.

The advice online is mostly guesswork — “use keywords,” “keep it to one page” — without ever telling you whether your resume, against this job, actually passes. We wanted to close that loop: paste a job description, see what's missing, and fix it in minutes rather than evenings.

What we actually build

resuFresh takes your resume and a job posting and returns a complete application package: an ATS score with the keywords you're missing, a rewritten resume tailored to that role, a cover letter, interview preparation, and LinkedIn content — usually in under two minutes.

Two things are free with no payment: the ATS resume checker (no account at all) and AI mock interview practice (first two sessions need no account). We also publish free resume examples, cover letter examples, and interview questions for 75 job titles, plus 36 ATS-friendly templates.

How we make money — and how we don't

Subscriptions. That's it. No venture capital, no investors to answer to, and — the part we care most about — we don't sell your data. There is no business model here where your resume becomes someone else's product.

When you run an analysis, your resume text and the job description are processed in memory and never written to our database. They're gone the moment your results are generated. The only things stored are what you explicitly save to your own profile. Mock-interview recordings never leave your device at all. The details are in our privacy policy, written in plain language rather than legalese.

What we won't do

• Invent experience you don't have. Every bullet in your output comes from your original resume — sharpened, never fabricated. Lying on a resume is a bad strategy and we won't automate it.
• Promise you a job. No tool can. We improve how your experience is presented and how prepared you feel; the rest is you.
• Make cancelling hard. Cancel from your account settings in a couple of clicks, and there's a 48-hour refund guarantee that runs automatically.
